A few year ago, I looked in the mirror and did not like what I had become. I decided to do something about it. My journey to a healthy lifestyle with running as a key component has changed slightly to a journey to a healthy lifestyle with TRIATHLON as a key component. It's not about a race or a diet with me. Here is the plan for this week.
Goals for the week:
1) Lose 2 pounds
2) Log EVERY meal in MyFitnessPal
3) Show up for EVERY workout
